Another mirror using "Curly Cherry". Wide horizontal rails offset the narrow vertical stiles very nicely in this piece. Another touch of class is the decorative square inserts made of walnut. A very large mirrror that I absolutely love because it is bi-functional. You can touch up your wardrobe as you head out the door and also hang you hat or coat on the stout mission style hooks.
The natural grain does all the talking in this one. No stain is added. I simply rubbed on several coats of tung oil then sprayed it with several coats of a clear shellac, lightly sanding between coats.
